Charles Bass earned his Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP) credential in October 2021. Charles is currently the vice-president of the DFW Parliamentarians, the president of the Texas Arabian Distance Rider's Association (TADRA), the President of the Youth Foundation of Region 9-AHA and serves as the treasurer for the Sunset (Texas) Volunteer Fire Department. This the second NTC that Charles has presented at and he hopes you enjoy your time in San Antonio this year.
